Very good food and employees are very nice and friendly, helpful answered any questions you had

I've been here a few times throughout the years. It's a pretty consistent place. We came the day after Christmas. Of course the Island and the rest of the Smokies was crazy busy. We were seated immediately. I was pretty amazed by that. The restaurant is pretty big. They have a great selection of things. I will say, I got the blackened Salmon. The sauce on the Salmon was tasty, however my Salmon and my Dans salmon was dry. I'm sure it's because they just want to reach 145 degrees for the fish since they don't ask you how you want it cooked. So please keep that in mind when ordering the salmon that it will be on the well done side. The rice that came with it honestly was gross. You can tell it was sitting there for awhile and it really didn't have any seasoning. I only took one taste of it and that was it. Service is pretty quick. It's a great spot. My favorite this on the menu is the Gold Nuggets. You won't regret getting an order of those!

My wife had a ribeye and I had the brisket.She had a margarita and I had 2 different craft beers.Food was great.Service was great.Really good atmosphere.Again a five star from The Working Man Review.

Best Burger I've had in a while. We came here late in the evening on a Sunday night. It was not busy got seated right away. Service: Excellent service from the hostess to the waitress Yulia. She was attentive and had patience with us. Especially since we had a toddler. She checked on us throughout the meal. Ambiance: clean and great decor. We loved the bear at the entrance. We also liked how close we sat next to the Arcade City, the kids can go over there while waiting on food. Food: The food was better than expected. Mash potatoes: unique that peel was included but mashed Kids corn dog: our picky eater devoured it Mac and cheese burger: Amazing, well cooked and flavorful. Perfect amount of Mac. Mac and cheese: perfect home style taste Smokey Burger: pretty good Bathrooms: clean and well maintained Drinks: S'mores drink: tasty highly recommend Fruit punch: wouldn't recommend Great restaurant and bar

First time coming to Timberwood Grill and it did not disappoint!! My family of 7 absolutely loved it!! Food was great. Service was great. And the atmosphere/ambiance was nice! Prices were reasonable and you get alot for what you pay for. 10/10 recommend.

Got food to go and my server behind the bar was so sweet! I told her I was a vegetarian and she was amazing telling me what things on the menu I could have, what side dishes were cooked with meat broth etc. I've never had a server so knowledgeable about the veggie options and I didn't even ask. I got the veggie burger and it was huge and really delicious and I got the mac and cheese as my side and it was also really rich and creamy. .y mom got the chicken sandwich and it looked so good and she said it tasted good too and the bbq sauce it came with was a great topping. Would definitely get again.

I've decided to update my review of Timberwood Grill after 3 consecutive years of visiting, and I must say, the atmosphere, staff, and overall experience have changed drastically for the better. This restaurant has genuinely become one of my favorites in the area! First off, the wings are absolutely amazing. Each visit, we find ourselves raving about them, and they never disappoint. They're perfectly cooked, with a fantastic range of flavors that cater to everyone's taste preferences. Since returning three years ago, we have consistently received great service. The staff is attentive and friendly, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. It's wonderful to see a restaurant that truly values customer service, and Timberwood Grill does just that. The location is also incredibly convenient, and the fact that there's a conjoining arcade makes it a hit for families. It's great to have a place where you can enjoy a delicious meal and then have fun playing games afterward. I highly recommend Timberwood Grill to anyone visiting the area. Their wings are a must-try, but the entire menu offers something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner or a fun night out, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

We had a great time at Timberwood Grill! We got seated right away. Our server, Devon, was top notch! Devon was friendly and personable. We had all of our kids there so it was pretty hectic. We ordered the Buffalo burger, ribeye, and a kids pizza. All of the food overall was good, but just missing a "wow" factor! I really liked the seasoning on the steak and it was cooked to the temp I asked for. My husband enjoyed his buffalo burger and the fries were nice and crispy. The highlight was our service! Devon was the best!

We experienced a crazy misunderstanding in the beginning of our experience Thankfully that was just a minor hiccup and everything else went so smooth, I just had to give 5 stars Alexis is new but she tried her very best with our party of 13! The food was outstanding. I eat vegetarian so I had the veggie burger which was absolutely delicious. My son actually ate the fries (he's 2.5 and rarely eats. I swear he's my son lol). The rest of our group loved their foods, especially the chicken salads and ribs. The kids in the group gave the chicken fingers two thumbs up. The Mac-n-cheese was good, too!
